Mrs Hillary Clinton was visible not feeling well during the 9/11 memorial ceremony where she was seen stumbling as she left the event. She was forced to cancel her two-day California trip that included an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and a speech on the economy after she was diagnosed with pneumonia.
Dr Lisa Bardack, Mrs Clinton personal physician, said: "Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during follow-up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule."
Mrs Clinton’s health has been questioned as she also suffered coughing fit last week at a campaign event in Cleveland, Ohio. Last month, Dr. Bardack, said that Mrs Clinton was “in excellent health and fit to serve as president of the United States.” She added that the candidate has made a full recovery from surgery that she underwent in 2012 for a blood clot.
However, her Republican rival Donald Trump, seems to disagree. Last month, he told supporters that she “lacks the mental and physical stamina” to serve as president.
