Brandy Blazer

Warm yourself up this winter with a rich Flambed Brandy Blazer. with dried fruit.

Method:

1. Fill brandy balloon with the following:
   1/2 fried apricot segment
   6 raisins
   Twist of orange peel
   Thin slice of lemon
2. Pinch of brown sugar
   Sprinter of cinnamon
   50ml brandy
3. Set light with cigar match
4. Turn in glass for 15 seconds
5. Blow out
6. Add 15ml cold mineral water
