China company invests in UK yachts
Dalian Wanda says it will invest in British yacht manufacturer

Dalian Wanda Group, a firm from China, has said it plans to invest in a British yacht maker, it has emerged on Wednesday, 19th June, 2013.
The company will part with £1billion in a deal to invest in yacht manufacturers Sunseeker International and to build a property in the UK.
The investment in the yacht makers relates to Dalian Wanda buying 92per cent.
Reportedly the property would be built in London and would be a luxury hotel.
Chief Executive of the Dalian Wanda Group Wang Jianlian said that: “The London property market has excellent investment opportunities and we have confidence that Wanda's strength and expertise will help make The Wanda London's premier hotel, and will further promote development in the area.”
Adding: “Through the international development of Wanda Hotels, we are confident that we will be the leader in bringing branded Chinese luxury hotels to the global market, where they have long been absent.”
The Dalian Wanda Group, formed in 1998, has a number of hotels in China, among other aspects of business.
Sunseeker International, who are based in the South of England, have been making vessels for over three decades.
