CCTV for Onsite Service Centre
On Site Service Centre demands CCTV from the local council after being targeted for theft over 20 times in six years.

The owners of On Site Service Center are asking the local council to install CCTV within the premises to protect them against theft. The move follows an incident involving a customer's van that was being fixed on Belgrave Road. According to police reports, thieves have stolen the van' four wheels, the spare wheel and its rear lights. The owner of the service centre claim that this isn't the first time that crime has been committed around the premises.
On Site Service Centre co-owner Jamie Hawkhead said: "We've had 20 to 30 incidents involving vandalism, and wheels and tyres being stolen.
"They've all been reported to police but they don't do anything, we've had local PCSOs come in but they say their hands are tied.
He added that on August 4, thieves took bricks left on a fly-tipping site to prop up the customer's car and steal the wheels.
He added: "There are potholes everywhere, it's in a derelict state, at night it's almost a bit of a targeted area for criminals. It's about time the council did something about it and put up CCTV in the road.
"Someone fly-tipped, and it looked like the thieves have taken bricks from there and propped the van on the bricks.
"This could potentially lose us work, financial cost, time and will cost us £1,500."
A Southampton City Council has since responded saying that the area is currently not their priority. He said: "Our community safety team will work with the police to identify ASB spots and take action to reduce crime.
"We can install additional CCTV equipment in response to community priorities, but must priorities those locations which present the greatest risk. Belgrave Road is not identified as a priority area."
