Serves four people
Ingredients:
· 250gram minced lamb/beef/pork
· one large red onion
· 75gram feta cheese
· half tsp ground cumin
· one small bunch parsley
· one jar Raman’s Handmade Aubergine Relish
Method:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350C/gas mark four.
Step 2. Put the mince into a bowl. Chop the onion and parsley and crumble the cheese and add to the bowl. Add the Raman’s Handmade Aubergine Relish. Sprinkle in the ground cumin. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to season.
Step 3. Using your hands, scoop the meat into a ball and roll around your palm to shape the mince into meatballs. Put these in the preheated oven for thirty minutes.
Step 4. Best served well with a mint and/or yoghurt dip, that can be freshly made or bought pre-made from many stores.
