Supermodel Naomi Campbell will appear on ITV's Parkinson programme to talk publicly about her drug addiction.
Campbell captured earlier this year after successfully accusing a newspaper of invading her privacy by reporting on it but she now seems willing to disclose the details of her problem.
The 34-year-old will discuss her continuing fight against addiction on the show and will reveal that she attends Narcotics Anonymous meetings wherever she is in the world.
"Once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic," she tells Michael Parkinson.
The model admitted taking her first drug when she was 24 saying that it was a "speedy one".
"No one forced me to do it. I did it because I wanted to. I don't have anyone to blame but myself," she said.
Earlier this year, the supermodel won a legal case against the Daily Mirror who published pictures of her leaving a NA meeting in 2001.
Campbell expressed a wish that be able to receive treatment "without fear of press intrusion" in her testimony.
She was awarded 3,500 in damages when the House of Lords ruled the newspaper had invaded her privacy.
At the time, lawyers considered the case to be a significant leap towards creating a privacy law for the UK.
