Pierce Brosnan has admitted he'd love to play James Bond again.
The heartthrob actor was ditched after playing the dashing spy in four movies - but says he'd love to be 007 again if the new Bond, Daniel Craig, doesn't work out.
He told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "If such a scenario arose, I would jump at it."
Brosnan also warned Craig - who reportedly lost two teeth while filming fight scenes for 'Casino Royale' - he should be prepared to get injured.
He said: "It never made it in to the papers, but I've had my face sliced open by a stuntman and a knee injury. But it's all part and parcel of being Bond.
"I'm afraid Daniel will have to face a lot more real-life injuries."
Last year, Brosnan revealed he was in shock for 24 hours after being axed as the suave spy.
The handsome actor said at the time: "It's over, it's over, it is absolutely over!
"It was their prerogative to change their minds. They can do it! It was disappointing. It was surprising. But I accepted the knowledge after 24 hours of being in shock."
