Bromsgrove Postpone Council Meeting Streaming

Plans to stream parts of full council meeting have been postponed indefinitely.

Bromsgrove District Council has shelved its plans to stream its council meeting via Facebook Live on Wednesday, following the recommendations by the Overview and Scrutiny task group, which looked into the way the authority uses its social media.

 

A Bromsgrove District Council spokesperson said: “Even though it had been agreed by Cabinet, the group leaders have asked for more information about different options of streaming meetings and asked for the decision to be postponed while this happens.”
