Britney's baby snaps stolen

They were happy to splash their romance over the airwaves in hit reality TV show Chaotic, but Britney and Kevin are furious to have their privacy invaded when their newborn son is involved.

Britney, 23, gave birth to son Sean Preston in September but has kept a low profile since then, preferring to keep the baby away from prying photographers.

The photos include the glowing singer lying cheek to cheek with the dark-haired baby, and another shows newly-shorn proud dad Kevin Federline with his son.

They appeared on a variety of websites, including britneyspears.org, but have since been removed.

The blonde singer, famous for her song Hit Me Baby One More Time, is said to be threatening legal action against anyone who used the pictures.

A statement released by her record label Jive Records said that use of the photos would be an "invasion of privacy".

It read: "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for wilful infringement of copyright."

The only images of the child published so far have been grainy, long-distance shots of baby Preston in celebrity magazines.
