Couple confirm break-up but Di Caprio's already moved on...

After widespread speculation that Leonardo Di Caprio and Blake Lively had gone their separate ways, representatives for the pair have finally confirmed the news. 

A friend had previously claimed that the couple, who were first linked back in May at the Cannes Film Festival, decided to end their romance due to conflicting work schedules.

Representatives have now confirmed the break-up, telling US Weekly that the two intend to "remain friends" in spite of their split.

The Titanic actor and Gossip Girl star, 24, were first spotting together hugging on Steven Spielberg's yacht in Cannes, while in France for the famous film festival.

Reports of a split then surfaced in July, however they proved to be unfounded after Lively and Di Caprio were seen together cycling around New York.

Leonardo has already moved on from Blake, according to reports, and is currently dating 21-year-old Australian model Alyce Crawford.

He split from Brazilian model Gisele Bndchen back in 2005, before embarking on a relationship with Bar Rafaeli - another model - until 2010.
