Beyonc is being sued for $100million by video game company, Gate Five.
The developer claims that the mother-of-one backed out of a $20m deal for planned game, Starpower: Beyonc.
The Love on Top singer's lawyers have said that the star was within her rights to step away from the project, after Gate Five failed to generate the cash needed to create the game.
The developers have now hit back, saying that Bey pulled out just three days before she was due to sign the contract, claiming her actions resulted in the loss of millions of dollars for the company.
Justice Charles Ramos has now allowed the lawsuit to go to trail, citing that the 30-year-old should have given Gate Five more notice before pulling out.
Knowles has as yet refused to comment on the suit.
