With many months to go before 2013 ends, there is a lot of time left to explore different places around the world this year. Some of the top destinations for this year are the following:
Oman
Oman is not usually the country you’ll see on most famous destinations in the world however, for the last couple of years, it has started to gain some recognition.
This is because a lot of visitors have noticed the vast, unexplored nib on the Arabian Peninsula. Super-star hotels can be found here and they are located in remarkably isolated but wonderful places.
Six Sense Zighy Bay located in Musandam offers the kind of privacy that rich people may be looking for. Here, you can paraglide and enjoy the view of Persian Gulf.
Panama
This is one of the hottest Caribbean destinations this year. Right now, there are interesting developments in the country making sure that Panama will be known for more than its legendary canals.
If you want to relax and just sunbathe, head to sustainably developed Pearl Island that features sparkling beach, turquoise waters, and great private beaches. There is a handful of accommodation to stay in here.
New Zealand
Following the showing of the biggest film of the year, The Hobbit, a lot of people have shown interest in New Zealand where the film was shot. Visitors are encouraged to visit the Hobbiton, the fairytale village in Waikato region of North Island.
If you want more dramatic view, head to the Tongariro National park, which was apparently used as the setting of Mordor.
