Many Apple customers across the world have found coins inside their MacBooks and nobody could not work out how the coin got there. Some said that it was due to an Apple conspiracy while others insist that the money had fallen inside the laptops.
Among those who found coin inside their laptop is Greg Kilpatrick who posted a 40-second video on YouTube.
'Same thing happened here, and I can't find anyone who knows why it is there. I have a 1970 quarter,' one commenter said on the video.
One of the commenters on the Gizmodo article about the topic used to work for Apple’s Genius Bar tech support. He wrote: 'We’d find stuff like this all the time,' said one commenter on the Gizmodo article, who used to work for Apple's Genius Bar tech support.
'Ninety per cent of the time, it was the result of kids shoving things in the Optical Drive.
'We’d find coins, paperclips, SD cards, you name it. If it was slim enough to fit in the slot, we’d find it in there.'
