Britney Spears is being sued for $10million over a perfume deal.
The star has been accused of being "sneaky and underhand" by her former business partners Brand Sense, who claim she tried to cut them out of a deal over her Radiance fragrance.
According to Radar Online, Spears and her father Jamie are being sued on five counts, including fraud and deceit, and breach of contract.
Brand Sense say they were promised 35 per cent of all sales of Britney's Radiance perfume, which is manufactured by Elizabeth Arden.
It states in court documents that:
"Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense.
"Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the Elizabeth Arden deal."
The star's father apparently complained that the 35 per cent commission was too high and Britney didn't want to pay it.
A compromise deal was then reached where royalties were delivered straight to Britney.
Spears released Radiance, the ninth fragrance in her collection, in September 2010.
